Video: Benevolent Buick Verano Helps ATL Beat the Heat

by

This week’s ride is the 2012 Buick Verano. Verano means “summer” in Spanish, and this car came at the appropriate time of year. Today the temperature in Atlanta reached a record 106 degrees Fahrenheit. We packed a cooler full of ice cold bottles of water and hit the streets to share some relief. Here’s what it looked like from inside the cool confines of the Verano’s interior.

Despite the black leather seats and absence of dedicated vents for rear-seat passengers, the Verano kept the kids and I cool throughout the trip. We passed out more than 50 bottles of ice cold water. The kids shared one too, and thankfully managed to keep from spilling even a drop.

Good Samaritan in a Buick. How appropriate.
